*Parents or (any) adults, who attend/drive on field trips must have the following items completed and turned in to the school office:
                                              ~Fingerprints
                                              ~ Certificate from online course                                                                          Safe Environment: formally Shield the                                                              Vulnerable
                                             ~ Driver’s insurance verification form
                                             ~ copy of driver’s license
