There will be a preschool performance and TK-8th grade dress rehearsal at 9:30 am on Thursday. Guests are encouraged to attend the 9:30 am rehearsal if it is more convenient than the evening performance.  This will be the ONLY time our preschool students will perform.  They will not perform at the 6:30 pm show. All are welcome to attend the 9:30 am performance.  It will be much easier to find a parking spot at the early performance. 

Thursday, December 19th, is a formal uniform school day for TK-8th.

For the evening performance, school and church doors will open at 6:00 pm. TK-8th grade students should be in their classrooms at 6:10 pm.

Parking is limited. We will have the back rolling gate open to provide additional parking.  Anything you can do to reduce the number of cars in the parking lot would be appreciated.  The alley is not available for parking and cars will be towed.

There will be an open pew near the front for parents to take a few pictures when their child is singing. Please move out quickly so the parents of the next class may move into position to take photos.

Students should be dressed in “Dressy Dress” attire.  Outfits should adhere to these rules from the Free Dress Code:  Leggings are permitted if worn with a top/dress/skirt that covers to mid thigh. Skirts and shorts should be of modest length – no more than one inch above the knee – and fit appropriately. Tops must have a modest neckline. Shirts must extend at least two inches below the waistband.  Tank tops, strapless tops, crop tops, spaghetti straps, halter tops, and bare midriffs, are not permitted. Sleeveless tops/dresses are permitted.  Students are permitted to wear nice/clean tennis shoes for the performance.  Students will not be permitted in the Church if these rules are not adhered to. 

Please take Note:  Once the program begins, ONLY faculty, staff, and students will be permitted to use the northeast doors of the Church that lead to the Courtyard located between the Church and school.  All students must be picked up from their respective classrooms.  If you want to pick your child(ren) up before the program is over, you must use the exits in the Church located in the vestibule on the west side, MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE CHURCH  and walk outside the Church over to the school through the Main Office.  The courtyard and hallway near the Church must remain clear for the faculty, staff, and students.
