We are looking for donations…

Rummage Sale Donations and Volunteer Help

This year there will be a rummage sale at the parish fest and we are looking for donations of very gently used kitchen wares, house wares, decorative items, paintings, books, garden equipment, sports equipment, tools, toys (with all pieces), books, etc. PLEASE, NO CLOTHING, BEDDING AND STUFFED ANIMALS.  Donations can be dropped off at the Parish during business hours or at special times as the festival approaches.  Storage space is limited so if there is a larger item you would like to donate please email sievents@stignatiussac.org or call 916-744-5174 first.  Depending on the conditions of the item we would like to be able to use some pieces as kid’s carnival game prizes or as raffle or auction prizes- please indicate at drop-off if this is not ok.  If anyone has private storage space for donations or would like to help our two parish committee chairs run this, please contact the office!  Please note, item donations made to the rummage sale do not count toward parish hours.  Volunteer time to help organize counts toward parish hours.  Anyone with private storage space please call the number above to discuss, it is possible this counts toward hours.

E-Z Up Canopy Tent- Borrow

Do you own one that we could borrow for Parish Fest?  Please email sievents@stignatiussac.org or call 916-744-5174 and let us know.  If you are able to help set it up as well please indicate.  Drop-off would be within week before the event.  Anyone lending an E-Z Up Tent will be given 1 parish hour.  If you are able to set it up and take it down the day of Parish Fest you will be given an additional hour.
