Sign-Up for Your Parent-Teacher Conference Time Slot(s)

Parent-Teacher conferences will be conducted October 14-18.  

Please sign-up for your conference(s) time(s) before Monday, October 7th, 8:00 am. 

We will conduct one conference per student.  All parents should plan to attend at the same time.

To Sign-Up:

1. Login to FACTS Family Portal or Click on the Parent-Teacher Conferences icon i the St. Ignatius Parish School app
2. Choose “Calendar” in the left side menu
3. Choose “October” in the drop down month menu
4. Choose “My Classrooms” in the top menu
5. Click on the Parent-Teacher Conference event
6. Scroll down and click on the blue “REGISTER” box to open the list of times
7.  Choose your time, scroll down, and click on the blue “REGISTER” box

Dear Parents,

You are the primary educator of your child. Communication between home and school is a key component in providing an effective learning environment for all our children. As we prepare for Parent-Teacher Conferences, we look forward to your insights regarding your child’s education and his/her academic, social, and spiritual growth along with  any areas of concern you or your child may have.   This valuable information supports the teacher in meeting the needs of each student and those of the  entire class.

Your child’s teacher has prepared information and materials regarding his/her progress to share with you, specifically achievement and progress made towards the curriculum grade level standards, his/her work habits, peer relationships, living out our Ignatian virtues and our School Wide Learning Expectations. 

The parent-teacher conference is part of the constructive dialogue that takes place between the parents, teacher, and student (if an option) during the year and provides an opportunity to consider the “whole” child and their experience attending St. Ignatius Parish School.
